Hilton Grand Vacations
Giving away Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare that gives 5440 points every year. The resort it is tied to is Ocean tower in Big Island, Hawaii. The maintenance fees is roughly ~$1100. The club dues roughly ~$200, so the total fees per year is roughly $1300. The points are good enough to get a studio in a platinum week for a week. i.e. at high cost locations, in high season it can get studio for a week. The points can be split any ways, each booking should have a 3 night minimum stay. The points can be used on any of the Hilton Grand Vacation properties for any week subject to availability. Through RCI the points can be exchanged for other resorts. It can be converted to Hilton honors at 1:16 ratio.

Points for 2024 and onwards are available to use.

None. Interested in HGV since I've been to few of their presentations
Are these the same points that can be converted to Hilton Honors at 1 : 40 ratio?
Are you able to split the platinum week to be used for another location instead of booking for a whole week?
Would the seller pay the closing costs?

It can be converted to Hilton Honors. Not sure of the ratio, let me check and come back.
Yes, you can split the points anyway. However, 3 night minimum stay per booking is required. Other than that there are no restrictions
No, I am not planning to pay the closing costs.

I am interested. How exactly would this work, giving timeshare away for free?
