Resort: Hilton Grand Vacations Club at SeaWorld (Orlando)
Ownership: 11,200 annual points – Platinum Season
Unit Size: 2-Bedroom
Float Weeks: 6–15, 24–32, 51–52
Maintenance Fee (2026): $1,653
First Use: 2027 (2027 points can be used to book 2026)
Exchange: RCI
Buyer pays closing, recorded deed, and Hilton transfer.
Closing will be handled through TRCS.
Activation and club dues are paid directly to Hilton after transfer.
(Club dues waived if buyer already owns HGV)

I haven’t paid the maintenance fee yet. Since I already used the 2026 points, I will be responsible for paying the 2026 maintenance fee if someone decides to take over the ownership.
 
The seller will cover the $489 transfer fee (which may increase after 2026)

This doesn’t include Max, which some would say is a benefit (lower maintenance fees and club dues).

HGV would gladly sell you this same exact deed for $50,000+.

There are many people who pay $12,000+ to HGV for 1/3 the points of this offer and maintenance fees that might even be higher than this one.

This is a great deal for someone wanting to get into HGVC for minimal cost.

Is this offer still available? We presently own HGV, deeded in Vegas; however, we live on the East Coast (Savannah/Jacksonville)
