Why does it matter if some BG resorts are rebranded as HGVC? Don't you remember what happened when some of the Embarc resorts were rebranded as HGVC?

722,000 total members with 181,000 being Max members (Max members 40% higher than this time last year)

This definitely doesn't align to the sale's pitch of "most owners are now in Max". This shows 25% are in Max and if it is up 40% from last year, that means that last year there were 108,600 members in Max. According to the 2023 Q3 report, there were 526,000 (consolidated member count) therefore 21% were in Max last year at this time so they gained 4% more Max penetration than a year ago.

yes, they dangle it like a carrot to try to max people...
