The OP was 1/19/07, so it's probably kind of late now, but it appears that several Tuggers and TS4M'ers have set him straight.
 
sweet...now that someone told me what I am...who wants to buy a timeshare from me?
 
If you look back on the comments you'll see someone named Nathan who said he couldn't sell his worldmark on Ebay for $1.

The next post was me calling bull *bleep*! Unless you had a large loan on the package, it just isn't possible to list WM and get no bids.
 
Too bad that the person that wrote the "article" didn't join the TUG salesforce first. Did you read the article? She didn't notify the timeshare that she moved, and she was miffed that her account went to collections. She didn't know about the MFs, she doesn't know about planning ahead and expected to be able to get last minute reservations, and doesn't know how to do exchanges ...
