Never been.
I looked at the Eastern US board but did not see much there either.
Perhaps Facebook?

The resort seems to be well-regarded here on TUG, if not particularly luxurious. It’s hard to get summer weeks via exchange because it is so convenient to the park. The Hershey Hotel has an ah-making chocolate-themed spa. Their gardens are also beautiful. Hershey Chocolate World is fun and outside the park gates. There aren’t a ton of gourmet restaurants in the area, but you should try one of the family-style Amish restaurants—my favorite was Good and Plenty.

(I grew up in a neighboring county and had Hersheypark season passes as a kid, but I haven’t been there in about a decade.)

Thank you so much Amy
Do you know much about Lancaster
We would like to visit sight and sound and Amish places
Would love any recommendations
Thank you

We were there last summer. You can see the park from the resort, but it’s far to walk. There is a Tanger outlet mall right across the street. There are 3 buildings with the parking garages underneath. The middle building has the indoor pool, fitness center, and game room. The outdoor pool and spa were nice but they got crowded.
The units are spacious. King bed in the primary suite, and 2 queens in the second bedroom. There was a nice gas fireplace. Washer and dryer in the unit, and a well appointed kitchen.
The town of Hershey is nice, with a museum and a nice Main Street with restaurants. Next to the Hershey park is a free factory tour, which the kids loved. The candy afterward is pricey lol. $30 to make your own giant Chocolate bar.
There is a Red Robin and a Wendy’s in the shopping center across the street. A trip to the Turkey Hill ice cream museum (free samples) was a hit, and there is a nice casino 7 miles away. Gettysburg is a nice day trip.
We enjoyed it there.
