Hemlock at Boyne through Bluegreen?

We did an exchange thru RCI into Hemlock at Boyne through Bluegreen and now can't use it. We're thinking about trying to rent it out instead and get a guest certificate.
1- Anyone here interested?
2- Does anyone have updated pictures of the unit. They stuff on RCI is atrocious and super dated. I've read that they updated the units not long ago, but can't find pictures online. I found ONE VRBO listing for one, but not sure if this is how the Bluegreen ones look and want to make sure I post accurate photos at least of the style...

Thank you. I had no idea. Just didn't want to lose our initial investment with the traded points and exchange fee. Didn't realize that was a policy. But makes sense. May just gift to someone then. Appreciate your reply.

I own at Mountain Run, never been to Hemlock- post on facebook and definitely do guest certificate and just charge the person for the fee

I almost hate posting this and losing out on future reservations at Hemlock but we were in a 2BD this past weekend and loved it. Hemlock has its own pool and is so close to the resort with all the amenities. We made sure to request that our next two Boyne trips be at Hemlock. It's a hidden gem. We were in 333D and the outside is nothing to write home about but the inside was updated and is much more spacious than a 2BD at Mountain Run at Boyne.
