Need to get rid of a fully paid 2 BR week (or 2 weeks) for Tahiti Village, Las Vegas.

any advice on feeding back to them?

move tried talking to a few attorneys but none sounded legit, until one told me I am wasting my time, they probably won’t take it back...

any advice here? Has anyone been able to deed back to them?

Also, if someone is willing to take over the maintenance fees ($1010) a year (for 2 weeks banked) RCI or Interval international (where I have mine banked) How do I go about doing the transfer? What are those fees?

You can post for Free on the TUGs Giveaway thread, use EBay, CL or even Redweek. To handle closing, most utilize LT Transfers.

www.responsibleexit.com contact the resort HOA.

Nevada is not anti deficiency for timeshares so you are stuck unless you can deed back or give it away.

Advertise here or on Ebay. Offer an incentive in the form of a Visa gift card. For people who like Vegas, you will have takers. Pay the closing fees yourself (not much) through LT Transfers. This worked recently for me with Tahiti Village, although I only owned one week. The offering of the gift card is KEY. My amount was $250. I had 17 bids on Ebay. Good luck.
