Hi I tried to find the info on the forum but couldn't find it. Can people who have purchased a resale timeshare before help me. I'm trying to figure out what fees are associated when selling buying a timeshare. A tugg member is selling a welk timeshare here in San Diego CA. And I'm trying to calculate how much the total with fees is going to be. I contacted a company so they'll hopefully give me prices but wanted to see if I could get some feedback from people who have been through the process of buying a resale. Thanks for your help

There are generally three set of fees to deal with. 1) deed preparation 2) handling the money ie escrow service 3) county recording fees, 3) the resorts transfer fee

The costs can vary resort to resort, closing company to closing company and county to county

Ron: Watch out for those math Demons and rhubarb pie!

I like pie so thats what I ate instead of dressing

the problem is: solve for x where x equals what I first ate

we were given that 3/4 of what I first ate = 1/2 a pie
if 1 equals the whole pie, and I ate x, than 1-x is what was left

put it all together
three fourths of what I left equals half the pie.
3/4 (1-x) =1/2
