We are going to St. Kitts and staying at the Marriott Beach Club on April 4-11 with 3 grandsons, ages 14, 13, 11. We have been there once before 9 years ago with another couple and really just sat by beach, pool and went to restaurants. Having the 3 grandsons, I'm sure they will want to see and do some other, more exciting, things. I did put in for a mini van with Hertz at Marrriott location, but still debating if we have the nerve to drive there. So another question is how expensive is it to taxi, there will be 4 adults and 3 kids (teens 14,13,11). Besides activity ideas, they do love to eat, so restaurant choices also.

We have both hired cars and used taxis on our trips to St Kitts.
Generally, we decided that if taking trips more than every other day, we were better renting a car.
There were never more than 4 of us though, so I can’t really comment on car v taxi for a larger group.
These standard taxi fares may give some idea of costs though.
