Help with OGS in II

Hi, I’m trying to setup an OGS in II. When I enter the number of adults I enter 4. When I get to unit size it defaults to 4 br. A 2 br would be sufficient for my needs. I’d like to filter out 1 br and studios. I can’t figure out how to do this. What am I doing wrong? Do I have to call? Thanks in advance for any help.
 
There is a slider to move down to smaller unit sizes.
 
Also, to use that slider make sure you have ad blockers turned off and have accepted all cookies on the II website. That seems to be the only way to get the slider to work.

Also clear your cookies for the II website. Then when you go back to it you will get the popup about blocking or accepting cookies. Be sure to accept.

I was able to use the slider and complete the process as far as payment. That’s where it failed. It couldn’t run my cc. Said to call the local office.! Only thing is I can’t find a contact us link anywhere on the site. Am I stupid or is this an horrendous website!!
 
So I tried again. When the cc was denied there’s a line you can click on to get the number.

Nope you're not stupid exactly that happened to me in the last 2 weeks. The slider and the cc are different issues.

For me with the cc, it was a windows security update I did on 11 Feb that stopped it working, and when I went and did the latest preview update, yesterday, that fixed it!
 
Ended up having to call into II to setup the request. They didn’t give me an explanation as to why the card wouldn’t work. It was approved when the rep ran it. I have all my computers set to automatic updates. So I should have the most recent version of Win11.

The security update 2026-02 Security Update (KB5077181) (26200.7840) is what caused the problem for me. The Preview update 2026-02 Preview Update (KB5077241) (26200.7922) is what apparently fixed the problem. The Preview update may be optional so not installed automatically.
 
II just has a bad website. I've had to try multiple times to get a card to go through. Usually after I try on 2 different computers in several browsers on different OSs one will work. I haven't yet had to call in. I honestly don't know how you could have such a broken / bad website in 2026 without it being intentional...
 
I alerted Mr. Del Campo a month ago about the SW broken slider. For me, the unit size is locked to the size that you deposit and the slider doesn't move. It used to work for years and years. Surprising that II can't figure out what Sw change they made messed it up. Only option is to call II and have them make the change in size.
 
I’ve had similar problems this week. First the “unit size slider” didn’t work despite attempts using various browsers. Finally got that to work after 4 days. Then, got to final submit payment page and an orange warning box pops up saying there was an error. No search submitted. This has been the result for the past two days - again different browsers tried. 🤷🏾‍♀️
