I'm trying to help my aging mother in law with her timeshares. She owns a week at Island Links which I'm confused about. We cannot find the deed and when I google I find two "owners" for island links, Palmera and Diamond. Can anyone help with who the deed would actually be with?

**Updated to add that there is no deed filed in her name Beaufort County SC.**

I own through Palmera. I am listed in the Beaufort site. It is listed as planters quarters.

I checked this website and her name is not listed for any kind of deed anywhere in the county.
She pays MF to Elite.
Which may mean that her deed was never registered properly and it may be an extra headache to do anything with it. You may want to try alternative spellings of her name or the first letter of her last name and her first name to see if they just put it in their system incorrectly. I would check Horry county (myrtle beach) to see if they registered it there in error too.

Suggestion only: Does she have an online web account with DRI? You can check the spelling of the account on their website.
If she does not have a DRI account; she may have purchase the timeshare with Palmera.
You can also check, this, who does she pay her maintenance fees to (Diamond or Palmera)?.
Wishing you good luck.

She said she pays to Elite which would be Palmera.

I called DRI and they don't have any record of her. Tried calling Palmera/Coral Resorts, nothing but voicemail.

IMHO, She purchased her TS thru Palmera/Coral Resorts, Island Links, on Port Royal Plantation, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Does any Tugger have an active telephone number for Palmera/Coral Resort The Island Links, Hilton Head Island, SC.

Please share it with the OP.

Thanks for your assistance in this matter.
