HELP! "Upgraded @ Massanutten and want to rescind!

The last time @Tommart was on TUG was in May 2019, so he may not answer. In any case, all of the Summit 4 BR units are lock offs with one 2 BR having a full kitchen and the other 2 BR having a partial kitchen. Depending on what Summit phase it is, they can be floating week floating unit ownership or fixed week floating unit. The different phases are Summit, Summit Hillside and Summit Sunrise. If you are considering getting one, consult the seller and the details of the contract they have for it or get a copy of the estoppel and contact Massanutten to find out. In any case, even if you were to be assigned both halves in the same week, you can always deposit one into RCI.
