Help understanding booking window at Nuevo Vallarta

I called HGVC for booking at Neuvo Vallarta - and they are showing almost no inventory for November at either the Grande Luxe or Grande Mayan. These are affiliate resorts and so I understand that inventory does not automatically become available on the typical Club booking window of 276 days, but I am wondering what others may have experienced here. Is it even possible to get a reservation in November or December?

Sorry, I have no experience with HGVC reservations via SFX.

I was involved in that discussion last year but I would prefer to book directly with HGVC rather than having to deposit weeks to SFX. Just wondering if anyone has been successful in booking Nuevo Vallarta directly through HGVC using HGVC points?

I was able to book the Grand Luxxe Puerto Vallarta studio for Dec. 27-Jan 3, 2019. I booked through RCI extra vacation 5/2019. We had a fabulous time!
