Help on discounts/perks at Club Regina Los Cabos

Having never actually stayed at the Club Regina Los Cabos, I'm looking for some help responding to a question posed by one of my renters:

My renters wants information on discounts, perks, or other benefits afforded people who stay in the timeshares - e.g, are there discounts for on-iste restaurants, spa treatments, etc? Any off-site discounts?
 
There is an owners discount but if the owner is not there I doubt they will get it. It allowed for a reduced price in the overpriced restauants.
 
Steve I believe it is 10% off all food and drinks at the restaurant, however, Cyndi is correct it is only for owners.
 
Just came back from Club Regina in Los Cabos. If they are willing to sit through a timeshare presentation. You get 20% discount for restaurants. - not special dinner like Mexican Festista, not spas...
