Four Seasons Aviara
We have our timeshare at Four Seasons Aviara that we initially tried to rent through the Four Seasons rental affiliate. My husband was told that they should have no problem renting but haven’t even contacted us despite the 2-week no change restriction coming up tomorrow. The two issues I need to resolve today is: (1) how to not waste this year’s timeshare week; and (2) should I join Interval International. I’m concerned that if I join Interval International today and deposit my week, it may be too late as it is very close to the week. Is that true? I just found this wonderful group today and hope that you can educate me on my options. Also, if any member is interested in renting this week, please contact me. Ideally, we’d like to just recoup our costs which is about $3,700 but consider less. HELP!!

Glad someone helped!

I've always wondered if its worth owning Aviar.

We have family in Carlsbad area so using it is probalby not an issue and staying with pets as an owner is huge for us.

Hope it works out well for you.
