I am looking to sell a Hyatt TS. Prospective buyer has asked for a estoppel letter to evaluate the property.

I asked Hyatt for such a letter, and was told that they merely fill out blank estoppel forms provided by a closing company, etc. They do not generate their own letters from scratch.

I need a generic estoppel form to provide to Hyatt for them to fill out. Is there such a thing I can download somewhere? That's what Hyatt suggested.

Any advice appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi Bev,

I did see that page.

Was just wondering if a similar blank form (like a PDF) existed. Seems that one is more of an example of a letter than a blank form ready to be filled in?

Thanks!

Adam
