Help! Multi week booking questions... NCV

We own 3 NCV weeks but this is our first time booking with multiple. I have a few questions.

Can we call in and book 2 of the weeks on the 13 month window amd then the third week at the 12 month window online?

Or can we call in and book all 3 at the 13 month window and then just cancel ONE to rebook online for a later date? Or would canceling one actually cancel all three??
