We own 3 NCV weeks but this is our first time booking with multiple. I have a few questions.

Can we call in and book 2 of the weeks on the 13 month window amd then the third week at the 12 month window online?

Or can we call in and book all 3 at the 13 month window and then just cancel ONE to rebook online for a later date? Or would canceling one actually cancel all three??

You can do either way.

If you don't want them consecutive or concurrent you might book starting a week ahead then the 2 weeks you want then cancel the first week. If not enrolled, that would incur a cancelation fee but that might even be worth it to get what you want.

First, Newport Coast is a high demand large resort with lots of owners. Also, lots of the inventory is in the Trust and is only available for points. What else does MVC have on the West Coast that measures up to this resort?

Earliest is always the best for these tough transactions and do it by telephone, not online. Be the first to call at 9:00 a.m EST and move very quickly with the advisor. By doing it on the telephone you can immediately answer questions like Fri, Sat, or Sun start (or both to start on same day). As Dean suggested, use the first week to your advantage.

If this is a recurring need, you might even consider buying a great but inexpensive lock-off week like Grand Chateau.

An observation, the advisors want to make these transactions successful and are very resourceful. And, thank them as they are the most important and only, "customer facing" part of the entire program.
