I do thank the salespeople for their focus on you need a family vacation. That is not the issue here. The issue is the cost. Buy resale and you get a decade of effectively free use or more, and the stuff they sell tends to be not that great. That said there can be awesome Developer Deeds, but I fear they are few and far between. Skip... might chime in something about Key West and it being a real value, which seems true enough.
A great salesperson sells something they believe in. To me... would you sell it to your Mom, your child and your best friend.... Pretty simple. Sell quality and value.
For resale, I think some prices are too cheap, but the locked in nature of TS where you just give it back for free now, has made this the case.
Please know nobody asked me.... I don't intend to sell TS nor have I ever. I do know we all need a vacation and the pitch hotels are expensive is not a lie. If you're confused its a po* cast and I personally like it, but still feel ill at times when they talk of pitching heat. YMMV.
