HELP! Best way to sell Hyatt Residence Club 1000 Points?

Would like to sell our Hyatt Residence Club Portfolio 1000 points membership. Fully paid and up to date. What would be be best way to do this? Need to make it easy for me to sell and the buyer to obtain. Any re-sale outfits worth a darn to do this for me? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Probably you can try listing on TUG marketplace. eBay is the other place I think is possible - there are some brokers on there and you can see who's selling with good reviews. LTT is the transfer company TUG usually recommends. Redweek is the other place you could try.

My guess is you might be able to sell those 1000 portfolio points for maybe $1,000 or less.

@dioxide45 I have watched some of your videos about how MVC/Abound points work. As you say, if you sell what you buy from the vendor the points basically work the same for a resale purchaser. And you also have SOME residual value at which Marriott will buy them back. Not nearly what you paid to the developer, but you can sell your interests.

HPP is loathed by many of us on this board because they made sure they completed ruined you. Resale value is low and often nothing and they severly restict the points once they go thru resale. So you are really stuck with a pig.

That is what I am trying to understand. I am looking to do resale vs direct videos for each of the systems. What actual restrictions are in place for resale HPP? Do they not let resale HPP book club inventory? Are they restricted to booking only a certain number of months out? Are there big fess to transfer, like the $3 per point for MVC Trust Points? What are the actual restrictions?

Those restrictions are often referenced. I have seen the list before - i am searching and it is not easy to find. I will keep trying, maybe another poster will list them.

If you buy Portfolio on top of HRC deeded weeks and enroll your weeks I don't think you see any glaring restrictions - but issues exist booking just like Abound. What I am referencing is if you sell your portfolio resale the buyer gets hit with the restrictions.
