Subject: Helen Dann - TIMESHARE CANCEL SERVICE

Cancelling your timeshare is an option than can happen at any time if fraud was committed, however most timeshare owners do not know that. They think you cancel only during the rescind period. We already know that in most cases, during the timeshare presentation, fraud was committed*so you should be able to cancel your timeshare.

Areas of Timeshare Fraud That Should Be Investigated
Investment - Being told that the timeshare purchase will increase in value, sell at a greater price, or due to location it is worth more than other locations.
Maintenance Fees - Any mention that they never increase. Owners must be given the opportunity to understand what maintenance fees are and that they do go up with time.
False Sense of Urgency - Any means possible to get owners to think that they must buy today, or they will not get the same deal, or they will never be able to tour again.
Cancellation - All owners must be afforded the right to fully understand their right to cancel. This rescission period must be shown, explained, and signed by all owners.
Exchanges - Owners must be given the opportunity to understand what an exchange is, how it works, and the fees associated with exchanges.
False Meetings - Owners do not have to attend any meeting other than a prescribed sales presentation. This*is against timeshare regulations. Dinner parties, party weekends, owner’s updates, or any other name for a reason to get the owners to meet for a sales presentation.
Tax Incentives - Any mention of a timeshare or the trip being a tax break or incentive.
Closing - All documents that require a signature or an initial must have been fully explained by the closing agent or it's a violation of timeshare regulations. Many times this process will be rushed or hurried to get the owners out the door without asking questions.

Remember, if a contract was entered into and there was misleading or fraudulent information presented by either party, the contract is not legal. As you can see from prior court cases in which timeshare resorts have been proven in the wrong, there is*legal precedence.*In contract law, a precedent is a legal case that establishes a rule or judgment*that subsequent cases would follow.

The*Timeshare Cancel Service*will get you out of your timeshare mortgage and provides the following benefits:
Your timeshare ownership is over. The contract will be canceled.
Your mortgage payments, fees, maintenance fees, etc. will all go away.
You have the opportunity to get back some or all of your money from the resort.
The following services are provided for*you when you use our Timeshare Cancel Service.
1) Cancellation of Timeshare Contract*- Your contract will be canceled with your resort.
2) Monies Recovered from Resort Developer*- As part of the cancellation process, the service performed will try and recover any and all monies you paid to the developer. Upon successful recovery,*you will pay a 10% commission on monies recovered not to exceed $500.*There can't be a guarantee of money refunded by the Resort, as every situation is different and a general guarantee statement can not be given.
3) Credit Protection*- Up to 365 days from the date your timeshare contract is canceled, the Cancel Service includes services to remove any item appearing on your credit report referring to your canceled timeshare.
4) Monies Recovered from Fraud Resale Companies*- Services are provided to will help recover monies you paid to any company that charged you an upfront fee and did not fulfill their agreement with you. Example: A Resale or Rental Company who stated they could sell or rent your timeshare and took an upfront fee for that service. There is no upfront fee for this Recovery Program. The Recovery Department will receive a 30% commission of any monies recovered upon a final chargeback from those scam companies.
5) International Travel Club: Additional services included are a membership with ELITE DESTINATIONS free of charge for one year.* If you are considering vacationing during the next 12 months, then you will be able to access to any resort offered through RCI.* Great deals are available for a very low rental fee.
The Cancellation Service is performed by experienced personnel who act a group to go after resort developers who have committed fraud. The average period of time to complete a cancel contract averages 4-6 months. Once you get assigned a Case Manager, they will work to successfully complete the cancellation process.
Note:*The best reason for cancelling is to get rid of your timeshare mortgage and end your ownership. It's a bonus if you get back some or all of your money,*if any at all. The recovery of your money depends on many factors and can not be generalized because of the case by case results.*The following is a typical flow of the cancel process and was taken from a real case. This is given so you can know what to expect on average when you cancel your timeshare.
Timeshare Owner: Steven and Colleen Padeck
Case Start Date: June 22 (Date resort received 1st letter)
Last Date Padeck's Paid any money towards the timeshare (would include maintenance fee, monthly fees or mortgage payment): June 1
First Date of hearing back from Resort: July 1
Steven & Colleen Accepted cancellation letter from resort: Aug. 28
Steven & Colleen’s cancellation letter stated a cancellation from upgrade (what they requested) with a partial refund of $6,000.00 which was accepted on Oct. 15 (cancellation letter states 6-8 weeks for refund)
The case worker worked with Steven & Colleen from June 1 to Aug. 28 (Date case worker received cancellation letter). It took about 11 weeks of work to convince/prove the resort was in the wrong*and 2 months of negotiations to get the result Steven & Colleen would agree to.
DISCLAIMER: This was Steven & Colleen’s unique situation, but all cancellations go through the same typical process, which is a guaranteed cancellation. Every resort handles refunds or compensation differently, which depends on your ownership situation.

About the Timeshare Cancel Service

The service has been defined and used for over*3 years. Almost every single owner has been able to use this service with positive outcomes. *There is a*100% Money Back Guarantee when using this service because the law is on your side. The facts, when presented to the timeshare resorts correctly, leave them very little options.
What is the track record and type of results you can expect?
For*3 plus years, this service has a 93% success rate. The other 7% is because not every case is taken and sometimes the owner did not do their part (as in didn't cooperate correctly or in a timely fashion).

Resale scammers are boiler room operations that fly by night and only assets are some used desks, bulletin boards, cellphones and computers which fit under ones arm!

Once AG, BBB, etc get on their cases they just fold their tents and open up with new name.

What is anyone going to collect? There ain't no money to be found and finding "owners" and going after personally would be cost prohibitave.

Search Function

If you use the "Search" function at the top in blue and enter "Timeshare Adventures", you will find some threads with some "interesting" information about Helen & Mark Dann and Timeshare Adventures.

LannyPC - I tried doing that but I couldn't find the threads, even when I put timeshare adventures in quotes it returned tons of results with either the word timeshare or adventures.

But I'm taking from your response and pacodemountainside I should stay away...another scammer trying to steal my money

Thanks for the help, I'll keep searching the forum to see if I can find those interesting posts.
