Hawaiian Sun Holidays, 1 BR, 1BA, sleeps 4 located in the Waikiki Banyan Hotel. This unit is for every other even year. We used it last month, so the next usage is for 2026.
This resort is not fancy, but it is clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. The association owns 29 units inside the Waikiki Banyan hotel complex. Every unit has a lanai with a mountain or partial ocean view. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. There is a full size well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). There is a laundry room on each floor.
The building is about 1800 feet from the beach! A short stroll to where we watch the beautiful sunsets daily. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for loan from the office.
The roomy pool and 2 hot tubs, along with the sauna are on the 6th floor. Barbeque grills are available.
There is a convenience store and a small cafe onsite.
The maintenance fee for 2025 is $925, so you can expect a small increase for the 2026 week. Payment will be due by January 2026.
Taxes for the week are approximately $45 total, paid at check in.
Parking is free! Savings of $43-$50/night.
This resort trades well in both RCI and Interval International. It is a floating week 1-52, so if you pay your maintenance fee early you can reserve a prime week for deposit.
Or you can stay in Paradise for less than $150 a night total including parking.
