We were lucky enough to see him in concert a few times. One of my favorites.

Here's one from some locals on Molokai. They play a wide variety of music and are really good.🤙🏻

The groups name is High Watah.

Here's another original from locals here on Molokai. Rick lives here at WaveCrest and Eddie has many recorded songs.

Aloha,
I was a bit hasty in posting the link without labelling it.
With interruption by covid, there was / is an annual slack key festival in Seattle. Makana and Jeff Peterson were both participating that year. My first link above is the first time they played Slackmenco together (Makana composed it). This thread inspired me to search youtube a bit.
This next link is Makana and Jeff performing together for about 48 minutes. At 17:28 Jeff mentions that first time just before they perform Slackmenco again.
And here they play Slackmenco at the Na Hoku Hanohano Awards 2014
We think Makana and Jeff are both excellent. I believe them performing together in public is rare.

FWIW, in case some of you didn't know, but KPOA streams online, and provides artist/song info: https://live.mystreamplayer.com/pmgmaui?station=KPOAFM

This is how I have come to buying a lot of my Hawaiian music, finding new artists that are played on KPOA. I listen to the stream every other day at work (from home).

Kim had a Ukulele Jam with her group at Hiro's tonight so I will post a fee.
