We used Hawaii Escrow and Title for two purchases and were very pleased with their service. They were very prompt and followed through on every detail.
We worked with Rose Bento.

They were about $100 less then other companies we looked at including title insurance.

Fidelity National Title and Escrow

I am in the process of purchasing a time share in Hawaii and am using Fidelity National Title and Escrow of Hawaii, 727 Wainee St., Lahaina, Maui phone 808-661-4960.

I entered into a contract to purchase the timeshare on 8/21/2013 and was informed by Rose Bento today that the closing will occur on 9/19/2103.

I would highly recommend her and her title company. This is the fastest closing that I have ever experienced purchasing a Hawaiian timeshare.

What is the normal price foe the transfer process? looking at the paperwork from this company it could be $1200!
