Having trouble with II tonight

I was in II tonight and looking to see what my unit could exchange into, but after I click on Exchange tab - went to Units tab - clicked on my vacation exchange tab, it put me back to the home page. Is anyone else having this problems.

i often seem to have this problem. i try to log out and then log back in...several time sometimes.:annoyed:
 
Still trying

Now it's Tuesday night and I'm still having trouble . I tried calling to day, and got stuck waiting for Tech Support to pick up after a 45min hold and who ever answered the phone hung up :doh: :doh: . I'm going to the store tomorrow and buy Magic Jack, at least I won't care how many times I have to keep calling( ran out of minutes on my cell) .

Thanks for letting me vent.
