Have you ever learned something useful at a sales presentation?

I guess he's good at what he does and he makes a good living. He may enjoy what he does if he sells 1 out of 3. But I don't think I'd like that job. I'm not a sales person.

Not knowing anything more than what I experienced I won't speculate on either if he is good enough to make a good living or if he likes what he does.

I've met many sales people in the 12 years we've owned. The guy who sold us our first developer week and also all our other developer weeks seems to like his job and has a genuine enjoyment, compassion and helpfulness for people. We became friends and I can see how the job is a good fit for him. He's also very good at what he does. If I come across owners interested in enrolling their Legacy weeks in the DC I recommend they talk to him because I trust he'll deal straight with them.

What I experienced yesterday was so unusual. It bothered me, which is evident with such a lengthy first post. Didn't know how to explain it but someone mentioned the term "hard sell". Well I guess that's it. I can't warm up to those.
