Have the club dues been billed yet?

Has everyone been billed their club dues for 2025? I have not yet. I wonder (and am very curious about) if it is because I am a “FreeMax” member, and the system can’t figure out what I am or how I should be billed.

Yes, we have been billed for our Blvd. and W. 57th contracts. Of course, it has the usual "due no later than January 1, 2025" wording when it's really February 15, 2026 for our particular contracts

Edit: My comment was about MFs, but this includes club dues.

Yes, back around October 3. Maybe those with "FreeMax" also get free club dues. Were you billed for AI under West 57st?

Yes for ours, Blvd and Craig Lodges. Check the HOA portion of the portal, it may be there

No club dues of any kind have been billed yet. Just the MF for my 2 properties (Elara and W57th).
Yes, I am “FreeMax” and also AI, but no AI dues yet either.

Normally, they are part of the "first" ownership that you owned HOA bill.
