Yesterday I received my new account# and tried to set up my RCI online access to points. Called RCI, received pin # and tried: received error message! Called RCI again, was told that my e-mail address needs to be updated. Tried again, couldn't log in. Was told to wait 5 minutes. Tried again, couldn't get in. Was told to wait an hour. Tried again, couldn't sign in. Was told to e-mail RCI Points online serviced and/or try next morning. Emailed RCI. Waited till next morning. Never received reply. Tried again today morning. Couldn't sign in. Called RCI. Was told to email them again. Emailed them again. Never received any reply. Called again. Was told that RCI Points members are experiencing some problems loging in and RCI is working on the problem since last week and "upgrading their system!" When asked why I was not told that yesterday I was informed that some of the reps are not aware that there is a problem... ???????????????
