Trying to help my mother-in-law find a solution to transfer her Havasu Dunes deeded timeshare. 2019 dues are paid through March, maintenance fee is $181.29 quarterly, and then an annual RCI fee of $124. Trades at 26,300 RCI points. Happy to answer any questions you might have.

Is your MIL paying for the title transfer?
 
It's unit #61, I'm sorry I don't know if it has a view as we've honestly never stayed there. From the RCI website it looks like the 1-bedroom units hold 4 people, 500 sq ft. According to the website, high demand is 05-Jan-2019 to 19-Oct-2019, low demand 19-Oct-2019 to 31-Dec-2019. Dates it can be reserved........ all of them? Not sure what that means, exactly. Title transfer........ maybe?
