I thought I responded to a post about this last night but I cannot find it now. I thought it was on the sightings board.
Anyway, I keep getting a voice message about once a week from a woman at SFX who wants to talk to me about my account. I have a diamond membership with one deposit and one trade request outstanding. SFX has called me before but only when they might have a match for me.
The first message I got was from a woman who wanted to "complete" my account. I almost fell for her message by calling her back but she kept refering to the deposit I made (The Worldmark Canadian Resort) as my home resort. I am a WM owner and do not own any specific resort. I can still see how she might think that was my home resort since I deposited a week from that resort but what could I possibly still need to do. It just sounded an awful lot like a sales call so I didn't return the message.
Then, just yesterday I get a voice message from the same woman at SFX but this time she wants to talk to me about my two bonus weeks. I have no intention of using those bonus weeks and have no trade set-up with those.
I thought there was a post on TUG yesterday about SFX making some HARD sales calls about a $2k memebership?
Has anyone else been bothered by SFX, lately. I used to think very highly of SFX but if they are trying to sell me a product and being tricky about it by saying they need to speak to me about my membership, I am going to be very disapointed.
Thanks.
