Do you mean Timeshare Transfer (Vero Beach, FL) or Timeshare Transfers (...somewhere, Colorado)?
If the former (in FL), they are competent and reliable; I have used them in the past and would do so again. If the latter (in CO), many believe and openly report that they are neither competent nor reliable...

Horrible Experinece on a second Worldmark Purchase - Disputed with my credit card within a week, their stories made no sense - They didn't have what they were selling (less than an arms length from the seller) and their BS didn't add up for a Worldmark Purchase
When bidding I assumed I was getting the one in Florida -
