Are you trying to sell? What were they asking to do?I received an inquiry from jmg vacations as to whether or not my timeshare was still available. The representative's name is Ken Radacio. Has anyone done business with him, or know of anyone who has?

You don't mention how this individual came to initially contact you. If it was a cold call from "out of the blue", it is most likely just a scam. Your ownership seems to be Wyndham; you don't mention their fee to process ownership changes (when last I knew, it was $200 or $300 per deed; separate from any and all other "closing costs").He is offering to buy my timeshare, and asking for 240 dollars for the closing fees.
You need to give us more information:He is offering to buy my timeshare, and asking for closing fees of 240 dollars per contract.
Just saw this thread. I contacted him because he had the timeshare for sale for free. He was offering to pay closing and transfer fees and I asked if he would use JMG Vacations. I did not offer to list, sell or, or cancel the timeshare. He did not pay me personally any money. He paid JMG the closing charge and will pay the transfer fee directly to Wyndham. He had his timeshares for sale here on TUG. I did not contact him out of the blue. I contacted him because the timeshare(s) were listed, and I wanted to add some Wyndham points.
I was just clarifying that this was not a offer to list, sell, or cancel the timeshare and that I did not contact him randomly. This was listed on TUG.Just for clarity, JMG Vacations is not an unrelated third party as you imply in your response. In one of your prior posts you ask someone to email you at promotions@jmgvacations dot com.
Is JMG Vacations new? There is absolutely nothing on the internet for a company by that na
