I disputed tpus when I desposited my 2012 week. The deposit calculator was showing that I should have 24 tpus, but I was only given 21. I called and the first rep told me, after checking with his supervisor, that I was correct and I should have 24 tpus, another department would have to handle the change and it would be completed in 2 business days. :whoopie: I thought, wow that was easy. Boy was I wrong. After 2 business days the change was not made, so I called back. I was again told that I was correct that I should have 24 tpus, but it would take the other department 2 weeks not 2 days to complete the change. After 2 weeks, it still was not changed I called back and was told that the other department was "probably just really busy and hadn't got to it yet." Waited another couple of days, still not done, called back and was told that due to the holiday weekend (labor day) it was probably taking a little longer and to check back next week. Waited until the next week, still not done, called back and asked to speak with supervisor. The rep checked with a supervisor and was told that they will look into it and definately call me back within 48 hours. Guess what? 48 hours goes by, no call.

Called back again and this time demanded to speak to a supervisor who then tries to tell me that I was wrong and all of the previous reps and their supervisors were wrong, and I should only have the 21 tpus not 24. This is after 6 phone calls and repeatedly be told that my tpus would be increased. After going around in circles with him for about half an hour, he just decided to "give" me the 3 tpus as a "courtesy".

So if you think that you are entitled to more tpus, be perpared to be persistent.
