Anyone own at The Harbourside Inn - Martha's Vineyard and do you rent it? I'm considering purchasing a unit there and wondering how they rent it. Thanks!

I've owned there for 25 years and my weeks, 26 and 27, always rent out through the Inn itself. I think I pay them 15-20% commission. Let me double check.

The good weeks rent out very well.

Beaglemom3 would be interested I how well they rent too.

Oh, sorry. I read your post as wondering how they rented out.

I PM'd you with this info.

May is a nice time of the year, weather-wise, to be on the Vineyard, but not everything is open yet. Then again, if that's not important to you, less crowds is a plus.

If you're looking to rent it out, they do rent, but not a huge demand.

I love the Harborside Inn.

I own at the Harborside (late September). Have only had it one year, purchased for personal use, have no plans to rent or exchange. I know someone who owns a unit the last week of summer. She rents through the resort and Harborside rented 6 of her 7 days this year. The week I have I would think any rental through the the resort would most likely be weekend bookers, not vacationers coming for a whole week.
