Any Harbortown owners out there?

I recently purchased a Harbortown Point Marina non-summer week Studio. I probably won't be able to go this year, so may need to deposit it. Would anyone recommend whether it better to deposit it with II or RCI?

And if anyone has traded Harbortown with RCI or II, would you share what trades you have gotten.

I know this is very late in the game to reply. But we traded our non-summer Voyager week via RCI for a 2 bedroom Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay for the 4th of July Week. I was very much looking forward to this trade since TUG had rated it one of the top 30 - I wasn't disappointed.
