Free Harborside Resort at Atlantis (Bahamas) timeshare. Deeded 2 bedroom lock-off with adjoining door, sleeps 8, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (1 large, 1 kitchenette), patio on larger premium side. Week 24 (but has option to float) near Father's Day in June. Great for families or friends traveling together which can help with maintenance fee cost. June 2027 is reserved and seller will pay your first year (2027) maintenance fees. Buyer responsible for closing/title costs (approximately $2200). PM me if interested. *Ownership includes access to Atlantis facilities.
