I never paid attention when I was at Harborside 2 years ago because we were on a higher floor. Are the first floor units on ground level or is it an elevator ride to get to the first floor? We have 2 three bedrooms for Thanksgiving and my daughter wants us to get first floor units so the kids can run out to the pool without having to go on an elevator. I would rather be on an upper floor, however, especially if the first floor isn't really ground level. Thanks for the assistance!

I supposed not much of a view then. We'll be in Building 5.

I don't like first floor. I saw lizards on the ground during the summer, and always worry that they get into first floor unit easier than upper floor.

Lizards don't bother me. My son raised a 3-inch long iguana to be 6-foot in length when he was young. Now, bugs would be another problem . . .

Some of the ground floor units are also dark due to the vegetation and tree cover.

The ones in the units overlooking the Marina footpath for example.

We had first floor - absolutely no view. Had to hear from my guest several times that she felt uncomfortable that people could look in her window. Had to show her that they designed it so it's not easy to look in. View doesn't matter since we spent most of time elsewhere.

We've never had a view because we were exchangers last time. If you get a view, is it wonderful? There isn't really an expansive ocean view anywhere from Harborside, but I'm sure there are better views than bushes. The last time we had a view of another building. I think I'll talk my daughter out of the first floor. If we're there as owners, I hate to waste the chance to get a nice location.
