are there different grades of 3 bedroom lockoff or just one type?

Phase 2 only has the 3 bedroom lockoffs and they are all the same--obviously some have better locations/views.

do the 3 bedroom have seperate showers or are they over the baths
i am looking at buying a resale and not sure weather to go for a 2 or 3 bedroom.

the master bath has a separate shower and bath. the other baths have the shower/bath combo. we love the 3 br. it gives us so much room.
