Yes, we will pay transfer. It is a deeded week. Weeks 35-46.

One word of caution, when you have the seller paying transfer fees, be sure you have an iron clad contract. Or have the buyer put up some kind of deposit that is refunded at closing. If you put up a bunch of money and the buyer backs out last minute, you could be out a pile of cash.
