Harborside 3 Night Minimum Stay

I mean, I get they publish that reservation window. That's the part where they're promising something.

But they also set minimum stays for various resorts at various times, which is the part where they don't deliver on that promise.

As just one example, if you're Chairman you can book any stay at Cypress Harbor for Spring Break as long as it is 6 nights long:

There is always the fine print that they include in teh 33 page exchange procedure document that they provide upon enrollment or purchase that no one really takes the time to read. My biggest complaint is that these minimum stays are not disclosed anywhere. You just have to stumble across them and to most people it looks like nothing is available when it would be if they met the minimum nights.

6 Use Periods in The Ritz-Carlton Club, St. Thomas may be subject to a three-night minimum stay, as determined by Exchange Company in its sole discretion. In addition, Exchange Company may impose minimum stay requirements for high demand Use Periods at Accommodations at any Component from time to time as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
