Own At Greensprings in Williamsburg. 3rd floor units. Can I force Diamond to give us a first floor unit since I am now unable to climb stairs.

You can certainly call and ask. we've had success booking handicap rooms at many resorts. Now, if what you own is a fixed unit, you might be SOL. You might be stuck with your own unit. You can't force them to move you, but you can certainly ask.

I have had success when requesting ground floor or elevator access for elderly parent. I think if you ask early on the resort may e able to accommodate. Good luck !
