Guest Certificate Question

Sorry for the stupid question, but I did try a search first.

I am giving a week that I got through an AC to a friend. I paid the $39 for the guest certificate. Should I have received an email or an actual paper certificate?

In other words, do you actually receive some sort of printed "proof" of a guest certificate? Or is it just internally noted in the system?

Thanks!

Two years ago, we did received an actual print out from RCI of a guest certificate. Unfortunately, I don't have any current information since I no longer need to use guest certificates. If I remember correctly, we called RCI and then they faxed it to us, plus mailled it several times. We ended up with 3 or 4 copies of it.
Good luck

Let us know what you find out. I am giving a couple weeks away - to adult children and am interested in the II process.

My mother is currently in San Diego using a guest certificate from II. I did get a email with the reservation showing her name as the person checking in.

I would just call Ii and request that they email it to you.

II emails PDF files that are the reservation or the guest certificate.

Check what you recieved in your email from II, (check spam as well). It is likely that the confirmation and guest certifcates are already in you mail box.

Otherwise call II and have them email you another one.
