If I book a resort in my name, can I put a guest certificate, basically right up until the day of check in? or is there a "window" within check in that it has to be done by? thanks!

I have added a guest as late as when the guest was standing at the check-in desk and it showed up in the resort system with 30 seconds. To be safe - later is better (system could crash, connection between server and resort could go south, etc), but last minute has worked for me in a pinch.

You just need to make sure that you don't have any overlapping reservations (time periods where you would have 2 reservations in the same name on the same date). Wyndham will potentially cancel overlapping reservations within 48 hours (or any time after) of the second reservation being made without refunding the points. So while you can wait if you only have one reservation, you have limited time if you have an overlapping reservation.

OK so I have a question on that. I have 3 rooms booked in Nashville for April, 2 in my name, 1 in my wifes name (She is on the contract). One of those rooms is going to my son, can my wife and I both have rooms? Or do I need another guest certificate in someone elses name? Thanks in advance for any advice

You and your wife can each have a room without needing a guest certificate. We have three owners on my account, and when we book multiple rooms, I put one room in each owner's name.
