Our (Orlando) Florida timeshare bills for annual fees have real estate taxes lumped in, but the bills are itemized showing the 3 included categories, to wit:One thing about owning a T/S in Florida is that real estate tax is generally billed separately from maintenance and tends to be high. In Palm Beach County you might find yourself paying $500 for maintenance and $200 for real estate tax.
