Madge, I have sent you an e mail regarding this, but I did want to post something here, as well. I just booked a resort and had a guide named Chris. I cancelled a current search and booked something new. The resort I was looking at last week had jumped over 5500 points since last week. When I asked Chris why, he said they must have increased points for some reason, but that he would honor the amount of points that I had seen this resort for last week. He was very professional and pleasant. I know too many times on this site, we hear about the problems, just wanted to let you know about one very happy customer right now! Please let Chris' supervisors know what a great guide he is. Thanks again.
