Great Customer Service at Home Depo

Right before the 4th of July we needed a new bbqer so went to Home Depo. We bought one already built and had problems with it when getting ready to use. Long story short Home Depo reached out after we informed them of the problem and fixed everything for us. We are very happy with how they handled it and how quickly it was done. Fantastic customer service. This was done by contacting them thru FB and their FB person following up.

It's nice to give credit where credit is due.
 
LOL My SIL would rather go to Lowes than HD. He claims the customer service is not good at HD. I have never had an issue at HD. I guess it just depends which store you are in.
