That would be hard to pin down "exactly" - but I think 122,000 RCI Points would do just about as much "work" as 60 TPU.
I have both and that is just sort of a "ballpark" estimate.
As always YMMV.

Any Week Any Time -- Just So That Week At That Resort Is Available For Exchange.
If somebody else snags it 1st, or if the crafty gnomes of RCI put it up for cash rental instead of letting it go on exchange, then you're out of luck, mox nix your TPUs.
Yeh -- you're pretty much covered as far as trade power is concerned, but all the TPUs in the world won't get you zippity-doodah unless what you're looking for has been deposited for exchange & is still available to reserve when you go looking for it.
