I bought my contract resale and I see the offer in RCI

Same here. The units available that way amount to about the same as RCI Last Call, except $50 or so cheaper.

You asked a big question and it's hard to give a complete answer. I'd second the suggestion that you consider a higher point total Grandview contact (I have 122K and can book most things that are available) I did take a look at orlando gold crown 2 bed and up and here is the summary data from the first 10 resorts out of 28 available (I have a platinum points account)

For RCI exchanges into the HGVC timeshares, including Cypress Pointe & Grand Beach & others that Hilton bought from Diamond, I believe the resorts charge a nightly "amenities" fee in the neighborhood of $25 per unit per night.

( That's why we no longer go to Cypress Pointe or its Grande Villas cousin right across the street. )
