Still avaiable. Our friends weren't able to come and I hate to see the unit sit empty especially as it is already paid for so will take $375. Even if you can't use the whole stay this is a great deal.

This is unit 1604 B in the Rosemary building. A newer building with a nice view of the mountains. Can send pictures of the actual unit as we are right next door.
 
This is an incredible deal and I hope someone can take advantage of it. The weather is so wonderful today (after high winds and cooler temps the last couple of weeks) and it looks like it's going to stay nice for the next 10 days or more. The Southpoint hotel/casino next door to the Grandview is our favorite local place and there's a lot to do there. They have some great shows in the showroom--we saw a BeeGees tribute band last night and have tickets for Frankie Avalon next Sunday.

This is a most generous offer and I really hope someone can use it.
 
A fellow Tugger took the stay but can't use the whole thing.

If anyone can use May 4-8 the price is $150. The night of the 3rd might also be available too for an additional $37.50. A great deal for a long Cinco de Mayo weekend in Vegas.

She already paid me for the stay and I'm hoping someone will be able to use the rest of the stay to help her out with the cost. I will arrange for the unit to be cleaned after she leaves so it will be ready for YOU!
