The phone number is 1.407.238.7676. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. You could just call and ask them your questions or concerns. They will transfer you to room control if you want to ask about any specific requests. The main desk will be glad to tell you about which buildings have been upgraded, what events are scheduled for the week, etc. Just try to avoid 10AM when families are checking out and from 3pm to 7pm when families are checking in.
